Wimhof method

The Wim Hof Method is another facet I weave into my training. This unique approach combines specific breathing exercises with gradual cold exposure training. The breathing exercises are designed to increase oxygen intake and stimulate the nervous system, potentially leading to a range of benefits. Cold exposure training, meanwhile, involves progressively acclimating your body to colder temperatures. This can enhance mental focus and willpower, improve stress resilience, and some studies suggest it may even boost the immune system. By incorporating these elements, the Wim Hof Method empowers you to take greater control of your body's natural responses

Yoga and breathing

In my classes, you'll discover a powerful synergy between yoga postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama). Yoga poses not only improve flexibility and strength, but also create space within the body for deeper, more controlled breathing. Conversely, focusing on the breath during yoga practice allows for greater awareness of the body and a deeper connection between movement and breath.
